Main House
Our private villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people.
STARTING RATE
The rate to stay at St. Georges by the Sea Main House starts from NZ$1,000 ( incl GST) per night for four persons or less. Occupancy includes the East & North Wings.
FULL OCCUPANCY
An additional $250 is charged per person over four to a maximum of twelve equalling a total of NZ$3,000 (incl GST) per night for full occupancy.
Guest House
This luxury suite can accommodate a maximum of 10 people as of February 2019.
STARTING RATE
OFF-SEASON (APRIL-SEPTEMBER)
The rate to stay at St. Georges by the Sea Guest House starts from NZ$250 (incl GST) per night for 4 person occupancy (one bedroom and one pullout sofa in a lounge/bedroom convertible room) occupancy.
FULL OCCUPANCY
OFF SEASON (APRIL-SEPTEMBER)
An additional $100 is charged per room used to a maximum of four rooms equalling a total of NZ$550 (incl GST) per night for full occupancy.
STARTING RATE
PEAK SEASON (OCTOBER-MARCH)
The rate to stay at St. Georges by the Sea Guest House starts from NZ$350 (incl GST) per night for 4 person occupancy (one bedroom and one pullout sofa in a lounge/convertible room) occupancy.
FULL OCCUPANCY
PEAK SEASON (OCTOBER-MARCH)
An additional $150 is charged per room used to a maximum of four rooms equalling a total of NZ$800 (incl GST) per night for full occupancy.
